Programs Medical Administrative Assistant
This allied healthcare program is designed to prepare the students for entry into occupations that require employees to have training and skills in “Medical Administrative Assistant”. Not only have physicians become more reliant on medical administrative assistants, but their services are also being requested by hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, medical supply businesses, home health agencies, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies. Prospective students are encouraged to visit the institutions campus to receive a tour and to discuss personal educational and occupational plans with school personnel prior to enrolling or signing enrollment agreements. Theory and Laboratory are taught residentially.
Program Objective
The objective of the Medical Administrative Assistant program is to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge that will enable the graduates to qualify for entry-level positions as a Medical Administrative Assistant. Our students will be trained in administrative procedures. This training will allow our students the capability of filling a variety of entry-level positions. This program is intended for those students who have graduated from High School or have a GED, no experience in the medical field is necessary. At the completion of this course, the student will receive a certificate of completion.
